WARRANTY
2 Year Limited Warranty
The APGV-100 has been engineered and crafted with great care for your
satisfaction. This machine is warranted against defects in material and
workmanship from date of purchase for a period of (1) one year. The motor assembly, excluding abuse of power cord as outlined in the safety instructions, is
warranted from date of purchase for a period of (2) two years. Any and all
problems arising from misuse, attempt at repair,dropping, or excess wear are not
covered by this warranty. Furthermore, other than the (1) one year warranty for defects in material and workmanship, this warranty expressly is limited to the
repair or replacement of the motor assembly. This machine warranty specifically
excludes damage to any animate and inanimate matter that comes in contact
with the machine during operation.
Specific Exclusions:
a) This machine is intended for consumer use only. It is not intended for
commercial applications and excessive use will void warranty.
b) This machine is not intended to clean sand media. Please follow the
procedure as outlined in the instruction manual. Sand media found in the
machine will void warranty.
c) This machine has been sealed at the factory. Any attempt to remove main unit
cover or repair unit will void warranty.Return your defective machine with proof
of purchase and UPC code located on the back of the box. Send machine to
the following address with a check or money order for $20 for handling and
shipping. Please indicate your name, return address and a daytime telephone
number. All shipping charges must be prepaid. After inspection of the machine
and at our discretion, Ancient Mariner, Inc. will either repair or replace unit if
deemed to be in warranty.
